# Business information

> Administrators can update your company's display name, website, and logo directly from Settings on Dash.fi.

Your business information appears across Dash.fi — on the dashboard, statements, and anywhere your company is identified. Administrators can update the fields Dash.fi doesn't need to verify (name, website, and logo) directly from Settings. Legal name, address, and contact details are verified records and still change through support.

## Who can edit business information

Only administrators can edit business information. Everyone else sees the same page in read-only mode with a link to contact support. For a full breakdown of what each role can do, see [User roles](/account/user-roles).

## What you can edit yourself

Administrators can edit these fields in Settings. Changes apply across Dash.fi immediately.

| Field       | Notes                                                                                                                                  |
| ----------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Name**    | Your company's display name across Dash.fi. Required, up to 128 characters.                                                            |
| **Website** | Your company's official website URL, for example `acme.com`. Optional, up to 255 characters.                                           |
| **Logo**    | Sourced from [logo.dev](https://logo.dev). Pick from suggestions for your domain, or leave the field empty to show a monogram instead. |

## What still requires support

The following fields are verified records tied to your account and can only be changed by Dash.fi support:

* Legal name
* Business address
* Email
* Phone

To change any of these, click **contact support** from the Business page in Settings, or email [support@dash.fi](mailto:support@dash.fi). Support will verify the request before making the change.

## Updating your business info

    Go to [app.dash.fi](https://app.dash.fi) and sign in with an administrator account.

  <Step title="Open Settings → Business">
    Click **Settings** in the left panel, then open the **Business** tab.

  <Step title="Edit a field">
    Click **Edit** next to **Name**, **Website**, or **Logo**. Make your change in the dialog and save. Dash.fi validates the value before saving — for example, a website must be a valid domain like `acme.com`.

  The change is live across Dash.fi as soon as you save it. You may need to sign out and back in once for the update to appear in every part of the dashboard that reads from your session.
