# Signing in to Dash.fi

> Sign in to Dash.fi using Google, Microsoft, email link, or password.

Dash.fi supports four ways to sign in. All methods go through the same login page at [app.dash.fi](https://app.dash.fi).

## Sign-in methods

| Method         | How it works                                                              |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Google** | OAuth sign-in via your Google account |
| **Microsoft** | OAuth sign-in via your Microsoft account |
| **Email link** | Passwordless — enter your email and receive a one-click verification link |
| **Password** | Sign in with your email address and password |

### Google and Microsoft

Click **Google** or **Microsoft** on the login page. You'll be redirected to the provider's OAuth flow to authenticate, then returned to Dash.fi.

Google One Tap may also appear automatically if you're already signed into a Google account in your browser.

### Email link

Click **Email link**, enter your email address, and click **Submit**. Dash.fi sends a verification link to your inbox. Click the link in the email to sign in — no password needed.

### Password

Click **Password**, enter your email address and password, and click **Continue**. If you've forgotten your password, click **Forgot password?** to receive a reset email.

## Choosing an organization and account

If your email is associated with more than one Dash.fi organization or account, you'll be prompted to choose one after authenticating. If you only belong to a single organization with a single account, Dash.fi takes you straight to the dashboard.

If your organization requires a specific sign-in method (for example, Google only), you'll see a prompt explaining which methods are allowed. If the organization you select requires MFA, you'll be asked for a verification code before continuing.

## Switching organizations and accounts

Once signed in, you can switch organizations and accounts at any time from the switcher at the bottom of the sidebar. The switcher only appears when you have more than one account, or belong to more than one organization.

Click the switcher to open the menu:

* **Switch account** — your current organization's accounts are listed under its name. Selecting one swaps the active account in place and refreshes the dashboard data. No reload required.
* **Switch organization** — other organizations you belong to are listed alongside the current one. Selecting another organization signs you into it in a fresh session. If that organization requires MFA and you don't have a factor enrolled yet, you'll be asked to set one up before the dashboard loads. If you already have a factor, you'll enter a verification code instead.

<Note>
  Organization switching is disabled during support impersonation sessions to keep the session scoped to the organization being assisted. Account switching within that organization is still available.
</Note>

## Managing your password and 2FA

Password reset and personal 2FA settings live under **Profile → Security**:

* **Reset your password** — click the reset icon next to **Password**. Dash.fi emails you a secure link to set a new one.
* **Manage 2FA methods** — add or remove an authenticator app or text-message verification.

Organization-wide MFA policy (requiring 2FA for everyone) lives under **Settings → Security** and is only visible to administrators with permission to change it.

## Trouble signing in

* **Can't find the verification email** — check your spam folder. The email comes from Dash.fi and arrives within a few minutes.
* **Forgot your password** — use the **Forgot password?** link on the password login screen, or trigger a reset from **Profile → Security** if you're already signed in.
* **Lost access to 2FA** — see [Two-factor authentication](/account/two-factor-authentication) for recovery options.
* **Account access issues** — contact [support@dash.fi](mailto:support@dash.fi).
