What If My Card Declines?

Sometimes a card will decline, and it could be for a number of reasons. This area will be to help troubleshoot them before needing to reach out to dash.fi support. Common issues for card declines involve attempts to go over your daily/monthly spend limits set by dash.fi. When signing up, dash.fi, aiong with your company, will determine an amount appropriate for your spend limits. If your company reaches these limits, any further purchases will decline. It also may be rejected due to merchant declines. It is not always on our end that declines occur, but instead within the account of wherever you are trying to use the dash.fi card.
