Provision access to Meta Business Accounts using a Partner ID

General Overview

To grant a partner agency or collaborator access to your Meta Business Manager assets like Facebook Pages and Ad Accounts, log into your Business Manager, navigate to "Business Settings", and then to "Users" > “Partners." Click "Add" and select "Give a partner access to your assets." Enter the partner's “Business ID” to send an access request, specifying the desired permission level for each asset. The partner must then approve your request to gain access.

Step-by-step instructions to grant partner access:

  1. Log in to your Meta Business Manager account.
  2. Navigate to "Business Settings" by clicking on the gear icon or the settings button in the top right corner of your Business Manager dashboard.
  3. Locate the "Users" section and select the "Partners" tab.
  4. Click the "Add" button to initiate the partner access request process.
  5. Choose the option "Give a partner access to your assets." This specifically allows you to grant access to individual assets like Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts, and more.
