How to Increase Your Meta Ads Billing Threshold
Key Benefits of a Higher Billing Threshold
Increasing your billing threshold can streamline your accounting process and support more stable ad campaign performance.
- Fewer Transactions: A higher threshold consolidates your ad charges into fewer, larger payments. This simplifies your bank statements and reduces the number of invoices you need to manage.
- Simplified Accounting: With less frequent charges, reconciling your ad spend becomes a more manageable and efficient task for you or your accounting team.
- Improved Ad Performance: A higher threshold can help prevent campaign interruptions. It reduces the risk of ads being paused due to frequent, small payments being declined by your bank for "unusual activity," which can sometimes happen with multiple charges per day.

Click on the three-dot menu next to the threshold amount and select Manage billing threshold.
Set a New Threshold
- A window will appear allowing you to select a new, higher threshold from the available options or enter a new amount.
