🔍 How to View Related Transactions and Payments?

To check which card transactions are associated with each payment, follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Dashfi account
  2. Navigate to the Installments tab on the left-hand menu.
  3. In the Installments page, you'll see a list of your Scheduled (upcoming) and Past (completed) payments.

Viewing Transaction Details

  • Click on any payment date to expand its details.
  • A dropdown will appear showing the payment amount, payment date, and two tabs:
    • ACH: Displays the payment(s) that will be debited from your connected bank account.
    • Card Transactions: Shows which card transactions are being included in that ACH payment. The total amount in both tabs should match exactly.
  • You can also see the dates the card transactions were made, which allows you to understand when spending occurred in relation to when it was or will be charged.

Exporting Payment & Transaction Info

  1. Click on the Download button (upper-right corner of the Installments tab).
  2. Select the desired date range.
  3. Choose the file format (e.g., CSV or PDF).
  4. Click Download, and you're done!
