# Dash.fi mobile app

> The Dash.fi iPhone and Android mobile app for card management, transaction review, expense submission, and approvals — a companion to the web dashboard.

The Dash.fi mobile app gives you card and spend management on the go. It's a companion to the web dashboard — covering the day-to-day actions that need to happen quickly, away from a desk.

## What you can do

| Feature          | Description                                                                     |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Cards** | View your cards, reveal card details, freeze or unfreeze, request a new card |
| **Transactions** | Browse your full transaction history, filtered by card or status |
| **Expenses** | Attach a memo, category, and receipt to any transaction and submit for approval |
| **Approvals** | Receive notifications and approve or deny card requests and expense submissions |

## Availability

The app is available on iPhone and Android. Search for **Dash.fi** in the App Store or Google Play.

<Note>
  The iOS app is iPhone-only and doesn't support iPad. If you used the app on an iPad, switch to an iPhone or use the [web dashboard](https://app.dash.fi).
</Note>

## Updates

The app uses over-the-air updates, so most improvements and fixes reach you without a trip to the App Store or Google Play.

* When an update is ready, a banner appears at the bottom of the screen with **Restart** and a dismiss button. Tap **Restart** to apply it now, or dismiss to keep using the current version. The update applies the next time you fully close and reopen the app.
* To check which version you're on, open **Help** from the menu. The **Update** row shows the current over-the-air revision, or **Embedded** if you're running the version that shipped with the installed build.
* Larger changes that require a new native build still come through the App Store or Google Play.

## Sign in

The app supports the same sign-in methods as the web dashboard — Google, Microsoft, email link, or password. See [Sign in](/mobile/sign-in) for the full flow including biometric lock.
