# Contacts

> Publish the contacts Dash.fi customers use for payment and invoice questions, and choose which customers see each one.

The **Contacts** page lists the people your customers should contact about payments and invoices. These are customer-facing contacts. To manage who can sign in to your vendor portal, use [People](/vendor-portal/people).

The table shows each contact's name, email, and phone, their **Type**, and who they're **Shared with**.

## Add a contact

1. Click **Add a contact**.

2. Fill in the details:

   | Field | Required |
   | - | - |
   | **Type** | No. Choose **Accounts payable**, **Accounts receivable**, **IT**, **Procurement**, **Sales**, **Support**, or **Other**. |
   | **First name** and **Last name** | Yes |
   | **Middle name** | No |
   | **Email** | Yes |
   | **Phone** | No |

3. Under **Shared with**, choose **All connected customers** or **Selected customers only**. This works the same way as for [payment methods](/vendor-portal/payment-methods#choose-who-can-see-it).

4. Click **Publish**.

A customer only sees a contact if you also share **Contacts** with them on the [Customers](/vendor-portal/customers) page.

## Edit a contact

Click the pencil icon on the contact's row, make your changes, and click **Save**. Changing a value publishes a new version, and every customer holding the contact is offered it. Changing only who can see the contact doesn't send customers an update.

## Withdraw a contact

Click the trash icon on the contact's row, then confirm. Dash.fi removes the contact from the network, and customers holding a copy are offered a removal.
