The Cards tab shows all your active and frozen cards in a horizontal carousel. Swipe left or right to move between cards.

Viewing your card

Each card displays the card name, last four digits, and embossed name. The home screen shows your primary card with a live gyroscope tilt effect.

Available balance

Below the card on the home screen, the Available balance reflects how much remaining spend is available based on the card’s spend limit for the current period.

Reveal card details

To view the details you need at checkout:
  1. Open the Cards tab.
  2. Swipe to the card you want.
  3. Tap the card to open the card details sheet.
The sheet shows:
  • Card number, Expires, and CVV — masked with placeholders until you tap Reveal. They automatically hide after 60 seconds for security. Tap Hide details to hide them early.
  • Cardholder — the embossed name on the card.
  • Billing address — the address to enter at checkout. This is the cardholder’s own address, and falls back to the company address when the cardholder has none on file.
Tap the card number or any part of the billing address to copy it to the clipboard.
Prefer the classic reveal? Double-tap the card to flip it and see the PAN, CVV, and expiry on the reverse. The same 60-second auto-hide applies.

Freeze and unfreeze a card

From the Home tab:
  • Tap Freeze card to immediately block new charges
  • Tap Unfreeze card to restore it
Freezing is instant and reversible. A frozen card still appears in your carousel with a visual indicator.

Request a card

Tap Request card from the home screen quick actions, or swipe to the end of the card carousel and tap the + placeholder.

Pick a card type

The first step is a What’s this card for? picker that lists card templates. Each template pre-fills spend controls on the resulting card, so you don’t have to configure categories yourself. Templates are grouped into Most popular and Other types, and each option shows an icon, a title, and a short description of what it’s for. Common templates:
  • General Expenses — multi-category spending, excluding advertising and shipping.
  • Advertising — online ad platforms like Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Shipping — shipping and delivery services like UPS and FedEx.
  • Software / SaaS — software subscriptions and SaaS platforms.
  • Plastiq / Melio — payments through Plastiq or Melio.
  • Apple Wallet / Google Wallet — multi-category spending used through a mobile wallet.
  • Travel & Entertainment — airlines, lodging, meals, gas, and car rentals.
  • Meals & Expenses — restaurants and groceries.
  • Gas & Auto — fuel, automotive services, and parking.
  • Office Maintenance & Supplies — office supplies, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Professional Services — contractors, consulting, legal, and agency services.
  • PayPal — payments through PayPal.
Pick the closest match. If you choose General Expenses, the app asks whether the card will actually be used for advertising or shipping and offers those templates as alternatives, since they get dedicated card profiles. If none of the templates fit, tap Skip and set up manually to jump straight to the request form. A card requested this way has no category restrictions applied by the template.

Fill in the request

After picking a template (or skipping), the request form opens with a summary of the selected type at the top. Tap Change on the summary to go back to the picker and pick a different template, or Choose if you skipped and want to add one now. Fill in the card name, choose recurring or single-use, and set the limit and renewal frequency. What you’ve already typed is kept if you go back to change the template. Depending on your company’s policy, the request is either auto-approved and the card is issued immediately, or it’s sent to an approver. You’ll receive an inbox notification when the decision is made.
The template only pre-fills spend controls at request time. Cardholders and approvers can still adjust limits and categories on the card afterwards from the web dashboard. See Create cards for details.
