What you can do
Getting around
The app has a bottom tab bar with four tabs:- Cards — your default landing screen after signing in or switching organizations. See Cards.
- Inbox — approval requests to review and the ones you submitted. See Approvals.
- Receipts — upload and match receipts. See Receipts.
- Activity — your transaction feed. See Transactions.
Availability
The app is available on iPhone and Android. Search for Dash.fi in the App Store or Google Play. The iOS app is iPhone-only and doesn’t support iPad. If you used the app on an iPad, switch to an iPhone or use the web dashboard.
Account setup isn’t in the mobile app. The application checklist — company qualification, identity verification, business details, beneficial owners, funding account, documents, and terms — is only in the web dashboard. Open app.dash.fi in your phone’s browser to complete it, which also makes the identity-verification photos easier. See The application.
Sensitive-screen protections
Screens that show card numbers, security codes, or expiry dates block screenshots and screen recordings on iOS and Android while those details are visible. On iOS, the app also blurs itself in the app switcher so card data doesn’t leak into the multitasking preview. Session replays used for support and diagnostics mask all text and images. See Cards for details.Updates
The app uses over-the-air updates, so most improvements and fixes reach you without a trip to the App Store or Google Play.- When an update is ready, a banner appears at the bottom of the screen with Restart and a dismiss button. Tap Restart to apply it now, or dismiss to keep using the current version. The update applies the next time you fully close and reopen the app.
- To check which version you’re on, open Help & About from the account menu. The Update row shows the current over-the-air revision, or Embedded if you’re running the version that shipped with the installed build.
- Larger changes that require a new native build still come through the App Store or Google Play.
The app supports the same sign-in methods as the web dashboard — Google, Microsoft, email link, or password. See Sign in for the full flow including biometric lock.Related
