Add your Dash.fi charge card as a payment method in Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager, and assign ad account assets to the Dash.fi partner ID.
Before your Dash.fi card can fund Meta campaigns, you need to add it as a payment method inside Meta’s billing settings. You can do this through either Meta Business Suite (recommended for businesses managing multiple accounts) or directly through Ads Manager. Once your card is on file, you can also assign your ad account assets to the Dash.fi Partner ID so the Dash.fi team can support your campaigns.
Choose the path that matches how you access Meta’s billing settings.
Meta Business Suite (Recommended)
Ads Manager
Meta Business Suite is the preferred route for businesses because it gives you centralized control over billing across all ad accounts in your portfolio.
To allow Dash.fi to support your campaigns (including pushing audience exclusions and managing ad delivery), you need to grant the Dash.fi system user access to your ad accounts through Meta Business Manager.
Click Add, then choose Give a partner access to your assets.
4
Enter the Dash.fi Partner ID
When prompted, enter the following Partner ID:
646884015417961
5
Select ad account assets
Set the asset type to Ad Accounts only. No other asset types are required. Select the specific ad accounts you want to share with Dash.fi.
6
Set permissions
Under request permissions, select Manage Ad Accounts.
7
Assign assets
Click Assign Assets to submit the request. A Dash.fi representative will review and approve the assignment.
After clicking Assign Assets, your Dash.fi account manager will confirm access on their end. Reach out to support@dash.fi if you don’t hear back within one business day.
When Dash.fi pushes audience exclusions to your campaigns, the system user token must have Facebook Page access. Without it, campaign modifications — including exclusion audiences — can fail and your campaigns may pause unexpectedly.Every Meta ad runs under a Facebook Page identity, so any campaign-level modification requires Page-level access as well. To grant access:
1
Open Business Settings
In Business Manager, go to Business Settings.
2
Navigate to Pages
Click Accounts, then select Pages, and choose the relevant Facebook Page.
3
Add the Dash.fi system user
Click Add People, find the Dash.fi system user, and assign at minimum Advertiser access.
Without Facebook Page access for the Dash.fi system user, audience exclusion pushes may fail silently and cause campaigns to pause. Grant at least Advertiser access to prevent disruptions.
Troubleshooting: Can’t assign assets to Partner ID
If you encounter an error when trying to assign ad account assets to the Dash.fi Partner ID, check the following:
Unconfirmed email address
Your Meta Business account email may not be verified. Go to Business Settings > Business Info and confirm your email address before retrying.
Missing business verification
Some partner assignments require a verified business. Check your verification status under Business Settings and complete any outstanding verification steps.
Insufficient access permissions
You may not have the required role to manage partners. Check your assigned roles under Business Settings > People and confirm you have Admin access.
Business portfolio inconsistency
Ensure the ad accounts you are trying to share and all related assets belong to the same Meta business portfolio. Assets split across different portfolios cannot be assigned together.
Other issues (policy restrictions, ad account limits, Meta review backlog)
In some cases, Meta may restrict partner assignments due to policy flags, ad account limits, or a pending review queue. If none of the above apply, contact support@dash.fi and we can assist with next steps.
