Your Dash.fi dashboard includes three financial accounts, each serving a distinct purpose. You can view all three under the Accounts tab.

Account types

Dash Cash

A funding account that lets you pre-load funds and instantly apply them to pay down your credit line. When your Dash Cash balance is available, payments settle in seconds — not the 1–3 days of a bank transfer. Dash Cash is available to customers on Net Terms (Net 7 and above). Customers on Net 1 terms won’t see the Make Payment button. See Dash Cash for funding steps and how to make an instant payment.

Secured Rewards Account

Holds pre-payment collateral for customers in the Secured Rewards Program. Balances in this account support your elevated cashback rate and earn annual loyalty rewards in lieu of interest. Pre-payment funds are held at FDIC-insured partner banks in your company’s name. Funds are not immediately liquid — standard return is quarterly on a net-30 basis, with expedited monthly returns available on request. Collateral Reserve Account

Holds collateral tied to your overall credit line and spend limit. This account underpins your account’s risk profile. Changes to the Collateral Reserve balance affect your available spend limit. Contact your account manager to adjust your collateral reserve or to discuss increasing your spend limit.

Funding methods

You can add funds to your Dash Cash or Secured Rewards account using any of the following methods:

Daily limit

The maximum incoming funding per day across all methods is $250,000.

Stablecoin funding

Dash.fi accepts USDC and USDT for account funding. Select Stablecoin from the funding method list to receive wallet instructions. Stablecoin deposits convert to USD and credit your selected account.

Wire memo line

When sending a domestic or international wire, copy the memo line exactly as shown in the dashboard. The memo is used for automated matching — an incorrect or missing memo will delay posting.

Withdrawing funds

To withdraw funds from your Dash Cash account, use the Transfer Funds option within the account detail view. Transfers return to your connected bank account. Secured Rewards and Collateral Reserve balances are subject to the return timelines described above.
