Before applying, confirm your business meets the eligibility criteria below. These determine whether you can open an account and what spend limit and net terms you’ll receive.

Eligibility

To open a Dash.fi account, your business must have:
  • A US-registered legal entity with a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • A physical business address in the United States
  • Active business presence and operations in the United States
  • A US business bank account belonging to the same US business entity applying for the Dash.fi account

What determines your spend limit and net terms

Dash.fi reviews your application to set two things: your spend limit (how much you can charge across all cards) and your net terms (how long you have to repay each statement). Net terms range from Net-1 to Net-60. Longer terms mean more float between when you spend and when payment is due. The factors that influence your terms and limit include:
  • Monthly spend volume — estimated at application and verified against your bank statements
  • Cash balance — the balance maintained in the connected US business bank account supports underwriting
  • Business history — how long your company has been operating and its overall financial profile
  • KYB/KYC results — identity and business verification outcomes
Providing accurate financial information and maintaining a healthy bank balance supports higher limits and longer terms over time.

International businesses

Dash.fi is a US-based product and can only work with businesses that are registered in the United States, have a physical US business address, maintain active business presence and operations in the United States, and connect a US business bank account belonging to the same US business entity applying for the account. International companies may qualify only if they meet these requirements, including having a US domestic legal entity with a valid EIN, a physical business address in the United States, active US business operations, and a US business bank account under that same US entity. Foreign owners are supported, and a US Social Security Number is not required. If you’re an international applicant and don’t have your EIN document during the application, email support@dash.fi with your business name and account email. The team can guide you through submitting it separately.

What happens after approval

Once approved, Dash.fi sets your spend limit and net terms. You can create virtual cards immediately and start spending. Your terms and limit can change over time based on your spend history and account standing. To discuss a limit increase, contact support@dash.fi or reach out to your account manager.
