Download a statement
- Log in to your Dash.fi account at app.dash.fi.
- In the left-hand navigation, go to Company → Statements.
- Select the month you want.
- Choose a statement type to preview it, then download it as a PDF.
The Statements page requires the View statements permission — held by the Administrator, Accountant, Bookkeeper, and AP Clerk roles. If you don’t see Statements under Company, your role doesn’t include it. See User roles.
Statement types
The Rewards Statement only appears if you hold the Rewards admin role. It’s hidden for every other role, including Administrator. See User roles.
When statements are available
Statements are built when you open them — there’s no overnight batch and nothing to wait for.- Past months cover the full calendar month.
- The current month is available as a month-to-date statement covering the 1st through yesterday. Today’s activity isn’t included.
- Statements go back as far as your Dash.fi account creation date. Months before your account existed aren’t listed.
Why a statement looks empty
Statements include settled transactions only. A charge that’s still pending hasn’t settled, so it doesn’t appear yet — and an otherwise-busy month can render as “No transactions during this period.” This is the usual explanation for a mid-month statement looking empty: the month’s spend is authorised but hasn’t settled. To check, go to Spend → Card Transactions and compare the Pending and Settled tabs. Once the charges settle, pull the statement again and they’ll be there. See Transaction statuses for how settlement works.”Failed to fetch statement data”
Statements are generated in your browser from live account data, so this error means the data request failed — not that the statement is missing or still processing.1
Refresh and retry
Reload the Statements page and open the statement again. Most fetch failures are transient.
2
Try a different month
If other months open normally, the problem is scoped to that one period. Note which month it is.
3
Check the statement type
Try the other statement types for the same month. If only one type fails, include that detail when you report it.
Need transaction-level detail or a CSV?
A statement is a fixed PDF summary. For a filterable view — or a spreadsheet — use the transactions export instead:- Spend → Card Transactions gives a full breakdown by merchant, amount, card, and cardholder, filterable by date range, card, and cardholder.
- Spend → Payments has a Download button that exports your payment history as CSV or PDF for any date range. Use CSV for Excel, Google Sheets, or importing into accounting software.
