Monthly statements summarise your card activity and payment history for each billing period. You can view or download them at any time from the Dash.fi dashboard.

Download a statement

  1. Log in to your Dash.fi account at app.dash.fi.
  2. In the left-hand navigation, select Company.
  3. Open the Statements page.
  4. Select the desired month.
  5. From there, you can view or download the statement.

Statement types

The Statements page includes the following statement types:
  • Rewards Statement — a summary of rewards earned during the billing period.
  • Account Statement — a summary of card activity and payment history.
  • Financial Account Statement — a summary of activity for your financial accounts.
Statements download as a PDF file named dashfi-monthly-statement-{start-date}-{end-date}.pdf.
Statements are generated after each billing period closes. If a recent period isn’t showing yet, it may still be processing. Contact support@dash.fi if a statement is missing for a completed period.

Need transaction-level detail?

For a full breakdown of individual card transactions — including merchant, amount, card, and cardholder — go to Transactions in the left-hand navigation. You can filter by date range, card, and cardholder to narrow the view. If you need a custom export for reconciliation or accounting, contact support@dash.fi and the team can assist.
