The Your profile page in the vendor portal is where you see how you sign in, how Dash.fi reaches you about your account, and which second factors are enrolled. Open it from your avatar in the top-right of the portal.

Your details

The Your details card shows the identity Dash.fi holds for you.
Your account phone number is only used for account-level messages (for example, sign-in codes). The contact details customers see for paying you are managed separately in your vendor record.

Security

The Security card is where you reset your password and manage two-factor authentication.

Password

Click the reset icon next to Password. Dash.fi emails a secure link to the address on your account, and you follow it to set a new password. The link is single-use and expires after a short window.

Authenticator app

An authenticator app generates a 6-digit code on your device that Dash.fi asks for at sign-in. This is the recommended second factor because it works offline.
  • Add — click +. Dash.fi opens the authenticator-app setup flow and returns you to your profile when you finish.
  • Remove — click the trash icon. Dash.fi removes the enrolment immediately.

Text message

A text-message factor sends a 6-digit code by SMS at sign-in. The masked phone number is shown once verified.
  • Add — click +. Dash.fi opens the text-message setup flow and returns you to your profile when you finish.
  • Remove — click the trash icon.
You can have both factors enrolled at the same time. If your account requires 2FA, you can’t remove your only enrolled factor — add a second one first, then remove the one you don’t want.
If Dash.fi can’t load your two-factor settings, you’ll see a banner in place of the authenticator-app and text-message rows. Refresh the page to try again.

Last signed in

The last successful sign-in on your account is shown at the bottom of the Security card. If you don’t recognise it, contact support and reset your password.
