Dash.fi processes cashback payouts on your behalf according to the schedule defined in your rewards terms. You don’t need to initiate a redemption — the Dash.fi team handles disbursement when rewards mature. Your payout history and next expected payout date are shown in the Rewards section of your dashboard at app.dash.fi.

Payout schedule

Your payout frequency and timing are defined in your rewards terms and vary by account. You can see your specific payment terms displayed in the Rewards section of your dashboard.
Some reward types — including certain referral rewards and network rebates — are paid out annually on your account anniversary date rather than on your standard payout schedule.

Transferring rewards to your bank via PayPal

Once your cashback is loaded onto your Dash.fi Rewards card, you can transfer funds to your bank account using PayPal. Follow the steps below carefully to ensure the transfer completes successfully.

Open your PayPal Wallet

Log in to PayPal and navigate to your Wallet.

Link a debit or credit card

Select Link a debit or credit card and enter your Dash.fi Rewards card details to add it as a payment method.

Step 2 — Transfer money into your PayPal balance

Go to Transfer Money

From your PayPal Wallet, select Transfer Money, then choose Add money from bank or debit card.

Select your Dash.fi Rewards card

Choose the linked Dash.fi Rewards card as the funding source and enter the amount you want to transfer into your PayPal balance.

Step 3 — Transfer from PayPal to your bank

Go to Accounts and transfer to bank

Navigate to Accounts, then select Transfer to bank. Enter the amount and choose either instant or standard transfer.
Instant transfers via credit card may incur PayPal processing fees. Standard transfers are typically free but take 1–3 business days to arrive.
Always verify that your Dash.fi Rewards card is active and has a sufficient balance before initiating a PayPal transfer. Transfers will fail if the card is inactive or the balance is insufficient to cover the requested amount.
