Google and Microsoft
Click Google or Microsoft on the login page. You’ll be redirected to the provider’s OAuth flow to authenticate, then returned to Dash.fi. Google One Tap may also appear automatically if you’re already signed into a Google account in your browser.Email link
Click Email link, enter your email address, and click Submit. Dash.fi sends a verification link to your inbox. Click the link in the email to sign in — no password needed.Password
Click Password, enter your email address and password, and click Continue. If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot password? to receive a reset email.Choosing an organization and account
If your email is associated with more than one Dash.fi organization or account, you’ll be prompted to choose one after authenticating. If you only belong to a single organization with a single account, Dash.fi takes you straight to the dashboard. If your organization requires a specific sign-in method (for example, Google only), you’ll see a prompt explaining which methods are allowed. If the organization you select requires MFA, you’ll be asked for a verification code before continuing.Switching organizations and accounts
Once signed in, you can switch organizations and accounts at any time from the switcher at the bottom of the sidebar. The switcher only appears when you have more than one account, or belong to more than one organization. Click the switcher to open the menu:- Switch account — your current organization’s accounts are listed under its name. Selecting one swaps the active account in place and refreshes the dashboard data. No reload required.
- Switch organization — other organizations you belong to are listed alongside the current one. Selecting another organization signs you into it in a fresh session. If that organization requires MFA and you don’t have a factor enrolled yet, you’ll be asked to set one up before the dashboard loads. If you already have a factor, you’ll enter a verification code instead.
Organization switching is disabled during support impersonation sessions to keep the session scoped to the organization being assisted. Account switching within that organization is still available.
