The Customers page lists every Dash.fi customer connected to your vendor portal or asking to connect. The sidebar shows a badge with the number of pending requests.

What customers can request

A customer can ask to see three kinds of details: Each detail shows one of these states on a customer: Requested, Shared, Refused, Withdrawn, or Not requested.

Customer list

The page has four tabs: Pending, Active, Declined, and Disconnected. It opens on Pending when you have requests waiting, and on Active otherwise. Each customer card shows:
  • The customer’s name and the date they connected or requested.
  • A status pill.
  • The state of each detail they can request.
  • Calls you: the name the customer uses for you in their own Dash.fi account.
Click Review request or View to open the customer.

Review a request

A pending customer shows a What they are asking for card. Each requested detail has a checkbox.
  1. Tick the details you want to share. Any detail you leave unticked is refused. The customer can ask for it again later.
  2. Click Accept to connect, or Decline to turn down the whole request.
You can also accept or decline from the Needs your attention card on the portal home page.

Change what a customer can see

An active customer shows a What they can see card. Each detail has a switch.
  • Turn a switch on to share that detail with the customer.
  • Turn a switch off to stop sharing it. Anything the customer has already accepted stays payable.
Tax info is never shared automatically. A customer has to request it, and you have to approve. You can’t turn on Tax info for a customer who hasn’t requested it.
The Shared with this customer card lists exactly what the customer can see right now: bank accounts by name and last four digits, single-use card addresses, contacts, and tax info. An item appears only when you share that detail with the customer and the item itself is shared with them. Items are shared with them when you publish them to All connected customers or select them by name.

Disconnect a customer

Click Disconnect on an active customer and confirm. The customer keeps everything they’ve already accepted, and stops receiving your changes. Nothing else is shared, and details that were shared show Stopped. To reconnect, the customer has to send a new request.
