Application steps

Two-part journey. The checklist covers company qualification, identity verification, business verification, beneficial owners, funding account, supporting documents, and terms and conditions, with identity verification required before the rest unlock. After you submit, Dash.fi runs KYB and KYC verification, then underwriting review, then a decision that either sets your spend limit and net terms or issues an adverse action notice. Underwriting looks at monthly spend volume, cash balance in the connected bank account, business history, and KYB and KYC results.

What you complete, and what Dash.fi does with it after you submit.

Getting approved involves seven steps, completed entirely online at app.dash.fi — in any browser, including your phone’s, but not in the Dash.fi mobile app. Identity verification comes first — company qualification and identity verification are open from the start, and the remaining five steps unlock once your identity check passes. After that you can complete them in any order, and most applicants finish in a single session.
1

Company qualification

Confirm your company is registered in the US. International companies with a US domestic entity and EIN can also qualify.
2

Business details

Provide your company’s legal name, EIN, incorporation details, operating address, website, and estimated monthly spend. This information is used for KYB (Know Your Business) review.
3

Identity verification

Complete a quick ID and selfie check via Plaid for the account administrator. Dash.fi follows KYC (Know Your Customer) standards required by our issuing bank.
4

Beneficial owners

Add anyone who owns 25% or more of the business, plus your controlling officer.
5

Funding account

Connect your business bank account via Plaid. This account is used to settle balances.
6

Supporting documents

Upload a bank statement so we can verify your account.
7

Terms & conditions

Review the fees and accept the Dash.fi cardholder agreement to activate your card. Once submitted, the Dash.fi team reviews your application and sets your spend limit and net terms.
If you run into any issues during onboarding, the support chat in the dashboard is the fastest way to reach the team — it’s on every page, and behind any Contact support button. Email support@dash.fi if you’d rather write.
