If you’re a Dash.fi customer looking to add or edit vendors you pay, see Vendors instead. The vendor portal covers what your payees experience on their side.
Signing in
You reach the vendor portal at the same app.dash.fi login as the main app. The sign-in methods are the same as the customer app — Google, Microsoft, email link, or password. See Signing in to Dash.fi for how each method works. After you sign in, Dash.fi routes you into the vendor portal automatically if your account only has the vendor portal enabled. If you have access to both the vendor portal and a customer Dash.fi account, you land in whichever surface you were last in and can switch between them at any time.Two-factor authentication
The vendor portal uses the same two-factor authentication setup as the rest of Dash.fi. If your account requires 2FA, you’re prompted to enrol an authenticator app or text-message factor the first time you sign in, and you can manage factors later from your profile. See Two-factor authentication for the full setup and recovery flow.Switching between the portal and the main app
If you’re both a Dash.fi customer and a payee of another Dash.fi customer, you can switch between the two surfaces from the organization switcher at the top-left of the sidebar. Click the switcher and pick Dash.fi to go to the customer app, or Vendor portal to go to the portal. The rows only appear when your account has access to both surfaces. The organization switcher is also where you switch between organizations and accounts if you belong to more than one — see Signing in to Dash.fi for how that works. What’s in the portal
- Your profile — your name, email, phone number, password, and two-factor authentication factors.
- Notifications — the notification bell in the top-right of the portal, and how to choose which customer activity reaches you by email and in-app.
