- Your Dash.fi card as a payment method in the UPS Billing Center — routes UPS charges through Dash.fi for invoice-level auditing.
- The UPS live API — enables Guaranteed Service Refund (GSR) claim detection on the Late Shipments tab.
UPS refers to all payment methods — including credit cards — through the Add Bank Account workflow in the Billing Center. Don’t let the label confuse you; this is the correct path for adding a credit card.
Update your payment method

Go to ups.com and sign in to your account.
2

From the My Profile menu, select View and Pay Bill.
3
Open the UPS Billing Center
In the Tools and Resources menu, select UPS Billing Center to enter the billing management portal.
4
Go to Payment Accounts
Inside the Billing Center, navigate to the Payment Accounts tab.
5
Add your Dash.fi card
Click Add Bank Account. When prompted to choose a payment type, select the credit card option and enter your Dash.fi card details.
6

UPS also allows you to pay an invoice without signing in to a full account. On the UPS website, look for the guest payment option and enter your invoice information along with your Dash.fi card details to complete the payment.
Connect the UPS API
The UPS API connection powers Guaranteed Service Refund (GSR) claim detection. When enabled, the Shipping Agent pulls delivery-time data for your UPS shipments, flags packages that arrived late enough to qualify for a refund, and populates the Late Shipments worklist. Use this if you ship with UPS and want Dash.fi to detect refund-eligible late deliveries automatically. Invoice and contract audits work without it — the API connection specifically unlocks Late Shipments.1
Open the Configure modal
In app.dash.fi, go to Agents → Shipping and click Configure in the top bar.
2
Select UPS API
In the Configure modal’s left nav, choose UPS API.
3
Start the connection
Click Connect UPS API. Dash.fi redirects you to UPS to sign in and authorize access to your shipment tracking data.
4
Confirm the connection
UPS returns you to the Shipping dashboard. The UPS API section now shows your connected UPS account, and the Late Shipments tab switches from the connect prompt to the GSR claims worklist.
