To enable Dash.fi’s Shipping Audit Recovery for your FedEx account, you need to add your Dash.fi card as a payment method in FedEx Billing Online and set it as your default. Once your Dash.fi card is on file, all FedEx charges will flow through Dash.fi automatically, enabling ongoing audit coverage for your shipping spend.
You’ll need your FedEx Billing Online credentials (your fedex.com User ID) to complete these steps. If you don’t have a FedEx Billing Online account, register at fedex.com before proceeding.
Update your payment method
Log in to FedEx Billing Online
Go to fedex.com and sign in using your FedEx Billing Online User ID and password. Navigate to Account Management
After logging in, go to My Profile and select Account Management.
Add or update your card
Select the option to Add new credit card, or click on an existing payment method to update it. Enter your Dash.fi card details.
Set Dash.fi as your default payment method
Once your Dash.fi card is saved, designate it as the default payment method for your FedEx account.
Review and save your changes
Review the payment details to make sure everything looks correct, then save your changes.
If you manage multiple FedEx account numbers, repeat these steps for each account to ensure all shipping charges are covered by Dash.fi’s audit service.
Download a FedEx invoice
There may be times when your Dash.fi account team requests a specific FedEx invoice for the audit process. Here’s how to download one from FedEx Billing Online.
Log in to FedEx Billing Online
Sign in at fedex.com using your Billing Online credentials. Navigate to your invoices
From the main screen, go to View Invoices (or a similarly named section in your account).
Locate the invoice
Browse or search for the specific invoice you need to download.
Open the invoice
Click on the invoice to open the detail view.
Download the invoice
Select the download or export option on the invoice detail screen.
Save the file
Save the PDF or file to your computer, then share it with your Dash.fi account team.
FedEx invoices are typically available for a limited window in Billing Online. If you need an older invoice that’s no longer accessible online, contact FedEx customer support directly to request a copy.
