Dash.fi’s Shipping Agent audits your UPS and FedEx invoices to show you where your money is going and what you could be saving. The audit is free — no card required to get started. Moving your shipping spend to the Dash.fi Shipping Card unlocks automatic recovery and carrier contract negotiation services.

What the audit covers

Upload one or more months of UPS or FedEx invoice CSVs and Dash.fi produces a full analysis across five views: You’ll also get a Carrier Brief — a one-pager formatted for use in carrier negotiations.

What the Shipping Card adds

The free audit gives you the analysis. The Dash.fi Shipping Card unlocks two additional services:
  • Automatic overcharge recovery — Dash.fi monitors your invoices continuously and files claims with UPS and FedEx on your behalf when it finds billing errors, late delivery credits, or duplicate charges. Recovered credits are applied automatically.
  • Contract negotiation — Dash.fi uses your audit data to negotiate rates with UPS and FedEx directly. Typical savings are 5–7% of monitored shipping spend.
Both services are included at no extra cost when shipping spend flows through the Dash.fi card.

Supported carriers

UPS and FedEx are fully supported. USPS, DHL, and Amazon Shipping are on the roadmap.

Get started

The Shipping Agent isn’t self-serve in app.dash.fi yet. To request access, contact support@dash.fi or reach out to your Account Executive — they’ll get you set up and walk you through submitting your invoices.
To run a free audit: Contact support@dash.fi or your Account Executive to get started. One month of invoice data is enough to unlock Vital Factors, Spend Insights, and Contract Audit. More months improve Volume & Growth projections. To activate automatic recovery: Update the payment method on your carrier account to your Dash.fi card. See the setup guides for each carrier:
If you have multiple UPS or FedEx account numbers, update the payment method on each one separately.
